LMI (low moderate income) and Elderly Adjustment:
LMI and elderly (over 70 years of age) monthly base rate shall be reduced by $5.00 per month. LMI and elderly must qualify for the adjustment through application process established by City Clerk’s Office.

Payment:
The Clerks Office collects all city fees, which may be paid via these Payment Options.

Averaged Monthly Payment Plan:
To set up a payment plan where your utility payment is the same for 11 months, with the 12 month making up any difference during the year, call City Hall at  (360) 249-3021, Ext. 104.

Utility Shut Off Form:
If you are a City of Montesano utilities customer and would like to have your services shut off or removed from your name, please complete the Utility Shut Off Form and return it to City hall.

Request For Leak Adjustment:
If you believe that you are entilted to a adjustment for a leak, please complete the Request For Leak Adjustment Form. Also read the Leak Adjustment Policy to find out what has to be done to qualify for an adjustment.
