Fee
The annual fee for a City of Montesano Business License is Fifty Dollars ($50).

How to Obtain and Submit a Business License Form
There are four ways to obtain the Business License form:

1. Download either the:
   • Standard Business License Form, or the
   • Farmers Market Business License Form.
     
     Fill out the fillable form online, save it, and attach it in an email addressed to Deputy Clerk Kim Morey (). You may pay by credit card over the phone by calling the Clerk's office: (360) 249-3021, extension 101. Please do NOT include credit card information in your email.
     
2. Download the appropriate form (see links above), print it out, fill it out manually, and mail it with a check for the fee to the City of Montesano at the address below.  You may also pay by credit card by calling the Clerk's office: (360) 249-3021, extension 101.
   
   
3. Call or email a request that the form be mailed to you:

4. Stop by the City Clerk's Office and pick up and/or submit the form and make payment by check, cash, or credit card:

Payment

The annual license fee of $50 may be paid by check, or credit/debit card. If paying by check, make the check payable to the City of Montesano. If paying by credit or debit card, you can make the payment in person or by phone to the Clerk's office: (360) 249-3021, extension 101.
