License Requirement
You may purchase a pet license for other animals, but only annual dog licenses are required. A fine is assessed for loose dogs without a license tag in the City limits.

Fee
$10 annually (unneutered or unspayed).
                     OR
$7.50 annually (Neutered or spayed)

How to Obtain a Dog/Pet License Form
There are four ways to obtain and submit the Dog/Pet License form and fee:

1. Download the fillable Pet/Dog License form, fill it out online, save it, and email it as an attachment to Deputy Clerk Kim Morey. In this instance, you may pay with a credit card by calling the Clerk's office (360) 249-3021, extension 101. Please do NOT include credit card information in your email.
2. Download and print the form, fill it out manually, and mail it with a check for the fee to the City at the address below.
3. Call or email a request to have the form be mailed to you:

4. Stop by the City Clerk's Office and pick up the form during normal business hours:
