LMI
(low moderate income) and Elderly Adjustment:
LMI and elderly (over 70 years of age) monthly base rate shall be
reduced by $5.00 per month. LMI and elderly must qualify for the
adjustment through application process established by City Clerks
Office.
Payment:
The Clerks Office collects all city fees, which may be
paid:

Online.
- Automatically
via Direct Payment Authorization.
- In
person at City Hall during regular business hours by cash, check,
or credit card.
- By
phone with a credit card.
- By
mailing a check to City Hall (City of Montesano, 112 N Main Street,
Montesano, WA 98563).
- Call
City Hall at (360) 249-3021, Ext. 104, if you would like to set
up an averaged monthly payment plan, where your utility payment
is the same for 11 months, with the 12 month making up any difference
during the year.
Checks should be made payable to the City of Montesano.

CITY
OF MONTESANO SOLID WASTE RATES
Effective 01/01/2010, the
City no longer bills for garbage service. LeMay Enterprises
will directly bill all City customers for garbage service.
Rates below include 3.6% State Refuse Collection tax, 6%
City Utility tax (1% increase over last year), and $1.00
billing and collection charge.
